Hi, I’m stephanie hann.

In 2016, I made a decision that would change the trajectory of my life.

Since July 3, 2016, I have been choosing to live alcohol-free every day.

I have learned a lot over the past ten years about mental health, trauma, fitness, nutrition and general wellness.

While my current focus at the Ascend Wellness Collective is fitness programming, I’m looking forward to bringing back the educational workshops where I can highlight other ways to support lifelong wellness.

Fitness has been integral to my sobriety.

Obviously working out will benefit our bodies, but it’s also huge for our mental health.

One of the reasons I love group fitness classes, and built a studio around them, is because I know how powerful a supportive community can be.

I have continued to turn to community when sobriety was challenging.

I hope to offer a similar place for any woman looking for support in any aspect of their lives.

My group fitness classes are intentionally designed to promote lifelong health. Each strength workout hits your upper body, lower body, and core. We are working to build muscle, balance, and mobility that lasts.
